How we pack
Singles ship in a penny sleeve, toploader, team bag and rigid mailer. Sealed product is boxed with fill, never bagged. Cases are double-boxed.
Orders over $200 ship tracked and insured at no extra cost.
Processing time
Orders placed before end of day ship the next business day. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is made.
US orders and import fees
Shipments to the United States may be subject to import fees collected by the carrier before delivery. These are set by US customs, not by us, and are the buyer's responsibility. We'd rather tell you up front than have you find out at the door.
Returns
If a card doesn't match the grade we listed, message us within seven days with a photo. You choose a full refund including return shipping, or keep the card and take the difference in store credit.
Sealed product can't be returned once opened — that's the nature of sealed. If a box arrives damaged, send photos before opening it and we'll sort it out.
